Luciana Celis was a Chilean–American artist who founded Chile’s first dedicated lapis lazuli workshop. Trained in New York, she spent decades designing and handcrafting jewelry and decorative pieces alongside skilled Latin American artisans, preserving traditional techniques. Her original designs remain the foundation of Lapis Lazuli House in the United States today.
